First off, I will credit the NS Lung Screening Program for saving my life, literally. When this journey started for me, I was referred to Dr. Alexander Ednie. I felt like a deer in headlights but when I met him, he was the calm in my pending storm. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and kept me as calm as I could have ever been while he delivered the news of potential lung cancer. My surgery was a success and I have a positive path forward. I am so very grateful that Dr. Ednie was the Thorasic Surgeon that was assigned to my case.
