Her office staff needs to get their act together, calling people, leaving voice messages to call them back bcuz they got a referral from my Dr regarding my osteoporosis, but when you call back the same day they say they have no record of calling you.

They call you again, leave the exact same message, and again they say they have no record of calling you.

So then they tell you to maybe try calling imaging at the hospital just incase and yet imaging has no idea of what's going on, but imaging says they'll look into it.
Imaging calls me back and says perhaps Dr Godin's office mixed up patient charts with same surname.
Dr Godin's OA calls me back after the hospital spoke to them and says that yes that's what she thinks it was, a chart mixup.

So, the following month, I get another voicemail exactly the same as before regarding my Dr's referral and my osteoporosis and for me to call them back to book an Appt bcuz they got a referral.
I call them back and totally recognize the ladies voice who said maybe they screwed up on the charts by calling me last time and who told me to call the hospital.

I tell her how I've been waiting 8 months for them to call me ever since my Dr put in the referral, so when they called me the 1st time I was absolutely thrilled, only to be super disappointed that they supposedly had no records of ever calling me and didn't even bother to look for the referral.

So this time I told the lady again how the VM was exactly word for word as previous times and that I've been waiting forever to get in.
She says, oh yes I see a referral. I'm like, Uhhh, hellooo, I know damn well you've had the referral for 10 months now!! You were just too damn lazy to check!

But then she says that she can't get me in until next February 2027 bcuz the wait list is really long.
I said "well that really sucks, I wish you guys didn't SCREW UP the first time when I immediately called you back bcuz I'd probably have my Appt by now instead of waiting Another 6++ MONTHS."
She goes "yah well, it wasn't me you spoke to."

BS! I know damn well it was her and I wanted to tell her how I absolutely Recognize her voice, but I didn't bcuz I need this appt. It just sticks that this is who the appt is with.

But wow man, what a flippin LIAR!!
Then she says she'll email me some forms that I gotta do online and somehow they go back to them. Unfortunately I don't know how to do stuff like that. I can barely google something!

I think I might ask my Dr for another referral since I don't have an Appt yet anyway. Maybe he can find a better Rheumatologist!? Hopefully!

Anyway, I guess that's my Rant about a Dr whom I've been waiting 10+ Months to see thanks to the IDIOCY of her OA and staff!
