Abrasive, rude, demeaning, and condescending from the outset of the visit. On one of the worst days of my family’s life, dealing with a serious and unexpected acute illness was, Dr. Buchanan lacked any semblance of compassion and seemed to go out of his way to create a hostile environment. Deeply unprofessional.
