Dr. Patrick Chan is the true definition of compassionate care. After seeing so many practitioners who would pass me from one discipline to another for chronic pain management, he was assigned to my case at the chronic integrated pain management clinic and he helped me see all the things beyond just my spine , and physiology that were contributing to my pain, and how to manage these things better. He shared his experiences in life to help relate to me and explain the importance of decisions I make, and their impact. I owe a ton of gratitude to Dr. Chan for changing my life for the better. Pain no longer manages me, I manage it, and it’s not longer pervasive in my life, there’s an odd occasion where I get a flare up and early intervention keeps it at bay. My quality of life significantly improved after my time with Fr. Chan.
