I waited 5 months for the appointment. He was not kind or helpful. Seemed annoyed that I was even there. I was offered pain meds but no other help, only to come back after an MRI (1 year waitlist). When I asked if there were any exercises I should do or avoid the answer was "if it hurts don't do it." When I asked if a Chiropractor might help I got an eyeroll and "that's up to you, just don't let them touch your neck." There was no diagnosis, but maybe that's because of the MRI. I left feeling he could care less about the pain I was in or the fear I was experiencing nevermind getting to the bottom of the problem. 30 Seconds after I left the office I was in tears. It was a miserable experience.
